Registration of your rights in the independent register of Laboratory of the Intellectual Property with delivery of the certificate - EUR 100 for one IP;
Annual support (the next year, after registration) - EUR 150 for one IP;
Deposition in archieve Laboratorie of the Intellectual Property - not less EUR 200 for one object and depending on volume;
Transfer of your rights
- Preparation of projects of documents and transfer of the rights to using - from EUR 350 on one IP;
- Alienation of your rights with drawing up of documents - from EUR 350 on one IP;
- Only participation in negotiations with the purchaser (user) - EUR 100 for one hour of negotiations;
Registration of IP rights
- The copyright and adjacent rights
- Not urgent - from EUR 150 for one IP;
- Urgent - from EUR 170 for one IP;
- Nonconventional registration, as object of the industrial property - from EUR 5000 for one IP;
- The industrial property
- Signs for the goods and services
- Registration and application - from EUR 500 for one designation + EUR 50 for each class (first three - free-of-charge);
- Office-work under the application - free-of-charge if the previous item{point} is applied;
- Nonconventional registration - from EUR 250 for one designation;
- Patent right
- Modelling before submission - from EUR 1000 for one IP;
- Carrying out of patent search - from EUR 300 + EUR 100 for each additional object;
- Registration of materials and submission - from EUR 300 + EUR 100 for each independent item{point} of the formula;
- Office-work under the application - free-of-charge if the previous item{point} is applied;
Monitoring of use of the rights - 10 % from the received payments (in any kind) + 1 % from the revealed sums which have not got in base of charge of those;
Protection of the rights
- Pre-judicial settlement-EUR 250 + 30 % from the sum of Author compensation;
- Preparation of claim documents (including responses) - from from EUR 250 for each claim;
- Participation in court - under the special arrangement.
